Friday Recipe - Spicy Shishkebabs

This is a great one for people in a hurry. They go well with a nice salsa combine, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, chilli and fresh chopped herbs (parsley, chives and corriander) to make a tangy accompanyment!

What you need

450g Minced Lamb
1 Onion Minced or Chopped finely
1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
1 tablespoon fresh chopped Oregano
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Seasoning

What you do
1. Simply mix everything together

2. Squeeze into ten to twelve sausage shapes around 12 wooden skewers. (It's best to soak the skewers in water for an hour before hand)

3. Grill under a hot grill for about 10 minutes turning occasionally.

Serve with the salsa new boiled potatoes and a glass of something nice.
